The Science Student Union can gladly announce the winner of this year’s winner of the pedagogical prize – Per Carlsson!
The motivation reads:
“For his dedication to creating diverse opportunities of learning through mixing excursions, lectures and seminars in creative ways, spreading his love of biology to all his students, and for continuously improving his courses by taking input from students.”
The Board was amazed to hear the experiences from Per’s students, and we wish him a great summer!

Every year the Union gives out two prizes, the pedagogical and the honorary prize.
The description of the prize is:
”The pedagogical prize is awarded to an outstanding teacher. Such a teacher should understand the individuality of different students, be an asset and resource for support, create enthusiasm for the subject being taught and take into account the student opinions.”
